ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR FOR RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR AND COMMERCIAL.
 
Electrical Estimator Must have experience.
 

 
Our office is looking for an ideal candidate to be a part of our progressive company! The right person will motivated, hardworking, detail oriented with strong computer skills.
 

 
Duties to include:
 
- Review plans/prints/schematics
 
- Create estimates for new construction, TI, maintenance, testing and service calls
 
- Develop and maintain customer/client relationships
 

 
Qualifications:
 
The selected Estimator will have experience with the following:
 
- Estimating in commercial, residential and/or industrial projects
 
- 2+ years of experience
 
- Proficient computer skills and various internet-based viewing programs
 
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
 
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills
 
- Local knowledge of Phoenix construction market
 
- Professional appearance
