As a licensed Master Electrician and apprenticeship graduate, I worked my up the ladder through multiple stages in the electrical industry, including Project Management and Estimating, you can be assured your needs will be covered with detail and precision.
 
I will take-off all quotable items first and forward them to you for distribution to your local vendors. The estimate will include the scope of work, labor factors pertinent to the task, current market pricing for commodity items and suggested equipment rentals for trenching, high work, etc. For ACCUBID users, I will email you the job for you to insert into your network or local drive dedicated for ACCUBID job folders; simply merge the inserted job and complete the “top of the estimate”. The top of the estimate will be completed by you (your labor rates, management, general conditions, quotable and sub-contractor pricing, tax, temporary power requirements, overhead/profit, etc). I will be available to review at your convenience for any question you may have regarding the project. For contractors not using ACCUBID, I will send you complete extensions by drawing#, system, phase, area and extended consolidated like items for you to insert total labor hours and material costs into your estimating system to finalize the “top of the estimate”.
 
– Send the bid request, specification and complete drawings via CD to me and the electrical drawings directly to my local print shop (the drawings are your property, including costs for printing and will be returned promptly using your FEDX/UPS account numbers provided).
 
– Notify me if you receive a change in the bid date or an addendum.
